Hello!  My name is Holly Schmidt, and I am a Commercial Lender with Merchants Bank in Cottage Grove.  I have been in the banking industry for over 23 years and would love to help you with your business and lending needs.  I specialize in Commercial Real Estate - including purchases, refinancing, business acquisitions, buildouts, multi-unit properties, warehouses and office buildings as well as Investment properties and operating lines of credit.  I love working and living in the same community and currently serve as 1st Vice Chair on the Chamber's Executive Board of Directors.  I also serve as Treasurer/Secretary for the newly formed non-profit, Cottage Grove Foundation.
