• A restorative sound bath to calm the nervous system
• Guided hypnosis to clear old patterns and anchor your intentions at a subconscious level

All vision board supplies are included, and you’re welcome to bring personal photos or images. Please dress comfortably - yoga or workout attire is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat and blanket (a limited number will be available).
