Administrative Assistant & Property Manager

We are seeking an individual to support our growing offices. We are looking for someone that has very strong attention to detail, loves supporting professionals in a customer service role and is a self-motivated. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

This position is the most visible function in the office and is responsible for handling all front desk duties cheerfully, competently and professionally.

The position is full time, Monday - Friday, starting at 9 a.m. Ending shift hours can be flexible, but you will need to be available until at least 3 p.m.

Specific Administrative Assistant duties include:

  • Enter new listings in MLS, a national database, and execute the listing lifecycle process via our paperless transaction management system.
  • Attend to associate questions and requests including appropriate follow-up.
  • Schedule and confirm showing requests including proper documentation.
  • Answer multi-line telephone system and redirecting calls.
  • Follow-through on messages and emails with great attention to detail.
  • Greet customers and guests.
  • Attend to office equipment, resource rooms, and conference rooms along with office cleaning as needed.
  • Strong computer and phone skills a must.

Specific Property Management duties include:

  • Set up appointments and call contractors
  • Manage Routine Inspections
  • Collect Monthly rent payments
  • Manage accounting of Rental Properties
  • Schedule routine check-ups
  • Meet with the tenants to sign leases
  • Meet contractors and Inspectors at the property.
  • File paperwork
  • Move In Inspections

Job Type: Full Time - at least 32 hours a week.
