Front Office/Office Assistant

We are seeking a Front desk/office assistant to join our team. We are a busy and growing locally owned and operated body shop that has been open since 1972.

The candidate for this job must; have a valid driver’s license, be able to write neatly and legibly, able to spend time on your feet and sitting, lift up to 50 pounds, willing to learn and follow procedures, be reliable  and on time in attendance. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to: Answering Phones, filing, billing, greeting customers,  shuttling customers scheduling estimates and repairs, update repair status, update customers and work orders of repair status. Will be learning responsibilities for the operation of Newport Collision Center that includes business, maintenance, and repair. And other duties as assigned by Owner and Business
