Teachers on Call

Substituting can have a huge impact on your community. It provides flexible employment options, provides valuable work experience to add to resumes, and provides K-12 district students with a meaningful learning experience when their teacher or paraprofessional is gone for the day. The minimum requirement in most districts is a high school diploma for paraprofessionals and a bachelor’s degree for substitute teachers with the MN Teaching License.
