I’m Nik Moeller, founder of Nik’s Inspire Health Coaching. With over 15 years of experience in health, wellness, and fitness, I’m certified in personal training, health & wellness, weight loss, intermittent fasting, and G-LP1 coaching. I know the struggles of weight loss and fad diets firsthand, and my passion is helping people feel confident, strong, and energized again. Through personalized coaching and group programs, I focus on lasting lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Beyond coaching, I lead the free “Cool-Unity Walking Group” in Cottage Grove, ride motorcycles, enjoy fitness, and proudly serve as Chapter Secretary of HOOAH, supporting deployed troops and veterans.
