Premier Eye Care

Dr. Kristel Rogers is a native of Minnesota, growing up in Pipestone. She is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead where she studied Biology and Psychology. She has been in the Cottage Grove area since 2006 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. She has been practicing at Premier Eye Care (formerly known as Bieter Eye Center) since 2014 and is co-owner with Dr. Jeff Bieter. 

Dr. Rogers is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society, the MN Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. She has been a Diplomat of the American Board of Optometry since 2012. She enjoys primary care optometry with an emphasis in ocular disease, contact lenses, surgical co-management, and dry eye.
