Evon represents business owners with issues affecting both their business and their family in transactional, and appellate matters. She focuses her transactional practice in forming legal entities (e.g., corporations, limited liability companies, professional firms, etc.) and advising clients about maintaining corporate formalities, complying with subpoenas, and employee issues as well as estate planning, business succession planning and elder law. In addition, she provides advice and guidance to nonprofit organizations, including complying with the Minnesota charitable gambling laws.
